膠管尺寸，膠管內(nèi)徑要適當(dāng)，若膠管采用管夾固定或膠管穿過鋼板等間隔物時(shí)，也要注意膠管的外徑尺寸。

工作壓力，按照有關(guān)國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定的液壓膠管的安全系數(shù)，一般推薦的工作壓力通常為膠管比較低爆破壓力值的四分之一。

沖擊壓力和疲勞壽命，膠管的選擇是根據(jù)液壓系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)的比較高壓力值來確定的。沖擊壓力不會(huì)嚴(yán)重影響膠管的疲勞壽命，對(duì)于沖擊壓力特別頻繁的液壓系統(tǒng)，建議選用特別耐脈動(dòng)沖擊的膠管產(chǎn)品。

溫度范圍，用戶應(yīng)該在膠管質(zhì)量規(guī)范允許的溫度范圍內(nèi)使用膠管，并且如果連續(xù)作業(yè)，建議經(jīng)常降溫。

化學(xué)相容性，若使用特殊的液壓介質(zhì)，用戶應(yīng)確保所選用的膠管總成其膠管內(nèi)、外層，接頭及O型密封圈與介質(zhì)相容。

高壓油管接頭在使用的過程中有一些需要注意的地方：

我們?cè)诎徇\(yùn)高壓油管的時(shí)候一定要注意不能導(dǎo)致外表進(jìn)行摩擦，以免發(fā)生破損，雖然膠管是用來用的，但是我們也不能讓高壓油管的外表出現(xiàn)泄露現(xiàn)象。

不能把高壓油管進(jìn)行彎折，這樣會(huì)導(dǎo)致高壓油管內(nèi)部破損，對(duì)以后的使用添加很多不必要的麻煩。

高壓油管不要一上來就使用，建議用水之類的先過濾一下，有的高壓油管是耐酸堿的，我們不能使用與當(dāng)前液體發(fā)生沖突的液體進(jìn)行測試。

在安裝高壓油管接頭的時(shí)候一定要把它擰緊，以防液體泄露。

Temperature range: the user should use the hose within the temperature range allowed by the hose quality specification, and it is recommended to cool down frequently if continuous operation.

Chemical compatibility. If special hydraulic medium is used, the user shall ensure that the inner and outer layers of the selected hose assembly, joints and O-rings are compatible with the medium.

There are some points needing attention during the use of high-pressure oil pipe joint:

When handling the high-pressure oil pipe, we must pay attention not to cause friction on the surface to avoid damage. Although the rubber hose is used, we can't let the appearance of the high-pressure oil pipe leak.

The high-pressure oil pipe cannot be bent, which will lead to the internal damage of the high-pressure oil pipe and add a lot of unnecessary trouble to the future use.

The high-pressure oil pipe should not be used immediately. It is recommended to filter the water first. Some high-pressure oil pipes are acid-base resistant. We cannot use the liquid that conflicts with the current liquid for testing.

When installing the high-pressure oil pipe joint, it must be tightened to prevent liquid leakage.
